Cara Barbero, along with a high school mentor, will be leading the trip.
Kids will need -

Water Taste Test!
We have been working on Opinion Essays regarding bottled water vs. tap water. We learned that tap water is MUCH better for the environment and can even be safer and healthier. We conducted our own scientific experiment today - a blind taste test of five different waters. We took notes and compared flavors/aftertaste/general appeal. Guess which water won? UES tap water!!!
