Waste Audit

We went through all of the school's trash from Thursday.
We started with 72.18 pounds of trash.

Here are the results -

Compost found in the trash  - 21.1 pounds
Recycling found in the trash - 6.8 pounds
Uneaten food found in the trash - 5.1 pounds
Non trash - 12 pounds

ACTUAL TRASH - 27.4 POUNDS!!







WE HAVE SOME PEER EDUCATION TO DO!

    It was stinky but funny and also awesome. We should be more careful to reduce waste - 38% actual trash!
